About Rajat
Rajat Bhatnagar is Managing Director of Corporate Advisory and Partnerships at NewOak Capital and Chief Business Officer at RiskAI. He specializes in financing, structured solutions, and international business development, with a proven track record of building strategic client relationships.
He began his career in the Project Management Office, serving as an analyst, project manager, and program manager, where he developed a rigorous approach to execution and cross-functional leadership. Rajat later became a Partner at Touchstone Capital, leading private equity investments in structured products, corporate debt, and equity. He also founded Atomic Launch, an incubator supporting startups from pre-seed to growth stage in the U.S. and internationally.
An honors graduate in Computer Information Systems from Cal Poly and a CCNA-certified professional, Rajat has further advanced his expertise through executive programs at MIT Sloan and the CAIA Association. His work reflects a strong focus on innovation at the intersection of finance, technology, and business.
Rajat moved to the U.S. in 1996 and is an avid cricket and tennis enthusiast.
