About Rajat

Rajat Bhatnagar is Partner, Global Strategy & Capital at NewOak Capital and Chief Business Officer at RiskAI, where he leads initiatives spanning structured finance, strategic partnerships, and capital deployment.

With over two decades of experience across investment, technology, and global business development, Rajat has a proven track record of building cross-border relationships and delivering innovative financing solutions.

He began his career in the Project Management Office, progressing through roles as analyst, project manager, and program manager - cultivating a disciplined approach to execution and cross-functional leadership. Rajat later served as Managing Director at Touchstone Capital, overseeing private equity investments in structured products, corporate debt, and equity. He also founded Atomic Launch, an incubator supporting early- and growth-stage startups in the U.S. and internationally.

An honors graduate in Computer Information Systems from Cal Poly, and a CCNA-certified professional, Rajat has further enhanced his expertise through executive programs at MIT Sloan and the CAIA Association. His work sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation, shaping strategies that align capital with opportunity.

Based in the U.S. since 1996, Rajat is an avid cricket and tennis enthusiast.
