He began his career in the Project Management Office, progressing through roles as analyst, project manager, and program manager - cultivating a disciplined approach to execution and cross-functional leadership. Rajat later served as Managing Director at Touchstone Capital, overseeing private equity investments in structured products, corporate debt, and equity. He also founded Atomic Launch, an incubator supporting early- and growth-stage startups in the U.S. and internationally.
An honors graduate in Computer Information Systems from Cal Poly, and a CCNA-certified professional, Rajat has further enhanced his expertise through executive programs at MIT Sloan and the CAIA Association.
